Multiple dispatches

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. In such cases, you may receive your order in multiple dispatches.


Delivery delay due to customer non-availability

All our products are shipped via third party couriers. If the product is not delivered due to door lock, the courier will make one more attempt next day. If the product is still not delivered, the product will lie in the local office of the courier for 5 days. If the product is not picked up within those 5 days, the order is cancelled and the product goes back to wedropgrocery.com.

Defective packing

If you believe that the products is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care 9560822211 or send an email to support@wedropgrocery.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

One order – one delivery address

Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
